Every vehicle on the Vauxhall Motability Store is displayed with an anticipated delivery window. This is a forecast based on our current production capacity and is subject to change, but is included to give you an idea of when you could expect to receive your new Vauxhall. Working with the Vauxhall Retailer network, we will ensure all of our customers are kept up to date regarding the status of their new vehicle orders.

This website allows you to order your brand new Vauxhall online.\nStart off by picking a model and then personalising it the way you like it, including choosing your favourite colour, engine, interior trim and additional options.\nDuring your selection process, you will be shown both the Advance Payment and Weekly Cost as agreed with Motability Scheme.\nOnce you complete your order online, you'll receive an email from us with all of the details and next steps.\nAnd that's it! The whole process should take between 20 and 30 minutes.

Once you've completed your order online, we'll send you a confirmation email with details of all of your selections and information of what will happen next. \nStraight away we'll get to work on processing your order, including arranging it for delivery to your selected Retailer if it's in stock, or building the vehicle if we don't have anything in stock that matches your selections.\nOnce we've processed your order, either the Vauxhall Concierge Team or your selected Retailer will give you a call to confirm the latest status of your order and expected timelines for delivery. \nOnce the vehicle has been built and has arrived at your selected Retailer, your selected Retailer will be in touch to arrange a handover date that works for you.
