Vehicle must be returned by the customer to supplying retailer. Upon return vehicle cannot have any charges or claims from any third party against it. You must not have made a previous purchases under the 14 Day Return Guarantee in relation to any vehicle in the preceding 12 months from the date of a proposed purchases. 14 DAY RETURN GUARANTEE

Delivery will be made only to your home address, which must be the same as the billing address on your Motability agreement. There is no charge applied for home delivery. Delivery will be carried out only by your nearest Vauxhall Retailer. Excludes Highlands, some Scottish postcodes, Islands and Northern Ireland. Your Retailer will drive your vehicle to your home address. Please note that the mileage of the vehicle on delivery will include the delivery miles. Your Retailer will only deliver your new vehicle to the person named as the customer in the order acknowledgement.

Once you've completed your order online, we'll send you a confirmation email with details of all of your selections and information of what will happen next. 
Straight away we'll get to work on processing your order, including arranging it for delivery to your selected Retailer if it's in stock, or building the vehicle if we don't have anything in stock that matches your selections.
Once we've processed your order, either the Vauxhall Online Sales Team or your selected Retailer will give you a call to confirm the latest status of your order and expected timelines for delivery. 
Once the vehicle has been built and has arrived at your selected Retailer, your selected Retailer will be in touch to arrange a handover date that works for you.&nbsp;
